Paula Drouet EDH Royal Navy
Paula qualified from the Royal Navy Dental Training School, Portsmouth in 1977 and brings with her many years of experience to the practice.
She spent 14 years in the Navy working in clinics and hospitals at home and abroad. Returning from Hong Kong to Rosytn in Scotland in 1989 she decided to settle down in Edinburgh on completion of her service.
She worked for 10 years for West Lothian NHS trust in a large Primary Care health centre in Livingston treating adults, Children and patients with special needs and also carrying on Dental Health Education in the areas schools.
The closure of the Health Centre Clinics in 2001 coincided with Boots the Chemist opening their Corporate Dental Clinics throughout the country and Paula went to work in their ‘state of the art’ clinic in Edinburgh for 5 years.
Beginning to get ‘itchy feet’ again she decided to move south to Falmouth to have a lifestyle change and to be closer to family. She joined 37 Lemon Street in February 2002 and has settled happily in her new job and life in Cornwall.
A keen sportswoman her hobbies include running, cycling. Walking and art, and she is keen to do more sailing, learn to kayak and walk the south west coastal path.
